I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

We allow cancellation of store orders, for any reason, up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. 

To cancel the order, you must write to us at smr-help@mit.edu and include the full name and email address used to make the purchase, as well as the date of purchase and your order confirmation number. 

Once we have processed a cancellation, it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
