I haven't received my printed issues. Can I get a replacement?

Please email us at smr-help@mit.edu, and we can send a replacement issue to you. When you contact us, please make sure to provide the email address associated with your active subscription and the mailing address where you want issues to be sent. 

Please be aware that we do not replace issues over one year old, and our policy is to replace issues only once by mail before pursuing alternatives to make up for the lost issue.
