I want to change the type of subscription I have. How do I do that?

If you are interested in changing the type of subscription you have, like upgrading from a Digital-Only to an All-Access subscription, please reach out to us via the help desk at smr-help@mit.edu or call our customer service number at (855) 259-1782, as upgrades can only be processed by our customer service reps.
