How can I track the product I bought from the store?

MIT SMR primarily sells digital content in PDF format. We do not mail copies of articles, reports, case studies, or books from our store. The only physical items we sell are back issues of the magazine. 


If you have ordered a back issue, and the product title includes the word "issue" on your confirmation order, then you have purchased a physical item that will be mailed to the shipping address you provided. Unfortunately, due to the volume of products we sell we are not able to track these items.
