How can I get a refund for my subscription?

Currently, MIT SMR's policy is to only provide refunds if subscriptions are cancelled within 30 days of a subscription's purchase or renewal. Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds if a subscription is cancelled after that 30 day window. If you have further questions or concerns, please reach out to smr-help@mit.edu.
