My academic or non-profit institution did not receive a copy of the recent issue. How do we get one?

Please email us at smr-help@mit.edu, and we can send you the issue. When you contact us, please make sure to provide your university or institution’s name, the university’s mailing address, and the most recent account number you have for the university. If you ordered your subscription through an agency, please let us know that in your email. 

Please be aware that we do not replace issues that are more than a year old, and our policy is to replace issues only once by mail before pursuing alternatives to make up for the lost issue.
